" Missing Base Game"

I can't. It tells me "Missing base game".

It says that it exist in my account, I think its free to play.

edit: I only see a demo for it on Steam and when I click it I go back to the store page.

Its an expansion for Race 07.

Ah I see, thanks everyone. It must be a bug with Steamgifts because this game isn't a DLC, so the "missing base game" shouldn't be displayed.

It says missing base game, odd though that it says that if its not a DLC.

Wikipedia says that Race ON is an expansion pack for Race 07 but I own Race 07 and it says "Missing Base Game". Also when looking at it on the Steam page for SimBin Mega Bundle it says "N/A".

There is also a problem when trying to add the RACE 07: Andy Priaulx Crowne Plaza Raceway (Free DLC) to my account. Enhanced Steam says "In Library" but there's no DLC tab to prove that it does.

I'd say that the publisher screwed up when submitting their games to Steam. It is not the fault of SG because it can only process what information is given and obviously there's a screw-up somewhere with this game.
