Suggestion: Menu tweak

Hi, so I like new design, but I would love this:

When you scroll down, you will still see your menu (giveaways, trades, sales... Account : xxx P). So it's just making the menu attached to TOP,, or something. I made a gif here MenuGIF, menu with logo is visible even when i scroll down here. I hope you will understand my description.

Please no. I don't like a sticky menu myself.

This was suggested and rejected. Would be a nice option in a user add-on.
