To play Devil's Advocate though, SteamGifts also needs to get with the program, Wolfenstein: The New Order should not be considered bundled just because it was 90% off or more in the RU Steam store, SteamGifts has it wrong when it comes to making games 'bundled' because it's 90% off or more in the RU or BA stores doesn't mean people who live in ROW areas should take the hit, especially when the games bought in the RU or BA stores are only redeemable in the RU and BA respectively.
My point is that I'd argue a combination of both bundle game saturation and unyielding SteamGifts policies factor into the issues many seem to have with SteamGifts.
