It's mainly Arabic, but I doubt the word exists in the languge, so I'd say a particular Arabic accent. Which is Moroccan. However, the root of "qawad" (which in Arabic sounds the same) in Arabic means a pimp.

how to determine which letter is capital and the small one? more hints please, just for the capital letter

If you're on the right track, only 1 of the 5 parts of the giveaway code should be confusing in terms of being capital or lower-case (and even that I tried to make it as obvious as I could). So try that as lower-case and capital and you should get it.
I might add that as a hint later though.

Yeah, I know it's something to do with QWERTY, I even tried to shift the letter, to no use.
