I use to play the mobile version, but was very frustrating to advance without microtransactions. Is the PC port any better?

Haven't played it yet, but for me it looked like a neat game. But, regarding to one review, there are no microtransactions in the port.

They saw gambling addicts would be willing to pay $2 x many times to progress a little in the game vs the normal profit they'd make from selling an honest game once complete for $10.
