Bought it. After giving a bundle to an ungrateful guy and buying a copy of Fortix on amazon that doesn't activate on Steam, I say this was an ok deal.

just wanted to let everyone know that it is on sale this week, the game is over 10 years old and still retrieves updates. there is a ton of dark humor, and it has steam workshop, although the workshop isnt used much because of a relatively small community, so do some giveaways to help it :D
