It still prevents a giveaway on Steamgifts, but it does keep the door open for trading it later, since it's redeemed straight to your account. That means that, for anyone who misses it there won't be keys from this weekend floating around out there for trade. Games where that's happened, like ones where Humble had a giveaway, but didn't say the keys had to be used by a certain date, would have more keys out there for trade due to people using alt accounts to get multiple copies.

Thank you very much for the correction. I assumed that it being temporarily free was enough under the rules. I forget that SG is very much a human-in-the-loop.toye.of system where mods and administrators use their best judgement in applying the rules, rather than some automatic system with primitive logic of what constitutes "free." Having a spare Jotun key, I'm.very happy to hear that.

Indeed. PC + Linux = instant win. Windows since W8 sucks for general use, W10 can be good but not for all my use case scenarios.... Still, not every computer with suitable operating system I use has Steam installed... some of them don't even have GUI installed. With ASF all I need SSH or any browser (dotnet core release) to connect to my server, that's it :P

Jotun is an awesome game and well worth the time and asking price. If you want a real challenge, go for the achievements cause they can be hard as hell.
