Should I redo my giveaway?

So a while ago I did a Portal giveaway. I sent the game to the email that was provided and the person even replied with a thank you email. I was bored, so I went to the guys Steam profile to see if he beat it yet. (It has been over a week.) He has not added it to his Steam library and it is still in my list of games that I can trade on Steam. Should I give the guy more time or should I redo the giveaway?

Whatever you want. It is usual to claim your gift back after 1 week. But if you really want to gift him you could also just pm or email him about it and if he doesn't care than just send the gift back to yourself.

If it's been over a week than you can re-raffle the game. Just gift it to yourself first. Instead of creating a new giveaway and risking a 'not received' feedback you can ask a mod to roll a new winner for you.

Did you try messaging him again to see if he forgot? I have a friend that didn't redeem Torchlight after six months. He just started playing it and is amazingly happy with it, though.

Maybe hes on vacation or don`t have time for games right now. He won the game so just let it be.

When I give someone a gift, I don't stalk that person to see what he/she does with the gift. Guess some people are just curious. :)
