Only Batman AC GOTY option at giveaways

Hi, I got a copy of Batman AC, but not the GOTY version, just the vanilla one. There is no option for that when creating the giveaway, sooo... what to do...?

Click support and create a ticket asking them to add in Arkham City regular edition.

Last time I did that for another game it took them about 4 weeks to get to the ticket. At the end of which it was automatically closed under the (incorrect) assumption that because it was so old I was no longer looking to give the game away.
