Help with Humble Bundle :l

So i just noticed that humble bundle is selling all the bundles region locked or something like that , and want to ask if somebody from Mexico has problem with the keys being region locked to South America or if they are ROW, because i dont want to have problems with trading and the giveaways :l

One more question, you know if using a VPN would prevent that humble bundle gives me region locked key or something? for future reference
