I CANCELLED my subscription to the HB monthly before August 26, as there was no option this time to "pause-a-month".
Today I get an e-mail saying that my subscription has been unpaused. Are you kidding me?

Maybe they regret not having offered the "pause-a-month" feature last month, but activating the subscription to those who CANCELLED it doesn't seem right!

I understand that they unpause it if you choose the "pause-a-month" option, but if you cancel it, they shouldn't unpause it!

Never experienced any such issues myself like this (I have several accounts there too and just checked each to make sure).

Maybe an obscure bug of some sort on their end, hard to say. I doubt they would ever do so intentionally though.

I canceled mine after last bundle, cause they added a demo instead of a game...so i don*t know. :)
