hitman absolution region lock?

so i am planing to get this game, but i wanted to purchase a copy from mother russia,
if i get a russia copy, it is the wordwide version? or it's is own version?

also, if anyone can help me giving some place where to get this info for steam games.. i can't find the old topics on steam foruns...

ok i understood, but the russian game is any diferent from the europe\american one, besides the region lock for example diferent language or content?

that is not my problem, my problem is i don't want the game any diferent from the europe verion

for example, the borderlands 2 russian initially couldn't play with european\usa players...
