[Suggestion] Filter giveaways by level

You can do it already. Try this.

As kilep said you can do it already, even though it's not very convenient. You can also use browser add-ons with that feature. I'm using Extended Steamgifts which among many other features lets you sort giveaways by levels, entry costs and other things.

Please do more research next time before posting a suggestion.
