I had this problem too... I really don't know why but I joined after one month since my first try. I was $ 99,94 and bought some shit (that I wanted) to get in. Even doing that it didn't work... So, for any reason, tell to your friend to be patient... Maybe it's because you can't sync when you are still out. You have to wait server sync itself. (this is the only reasonable reason that I found so far.)

Really strange.... a month or so ago he bouth "ARK: Survival Evolved" ... priced at 27,99€. But still he gets the messege that his acc is only valued at $14.99. Not to mention other games he has there...

weird. these games were never bundled:
Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2, Starbound, Killing Floor 2, Abyss Odyssey, Evolve, ARK: Survival Evolved

those should be worth like $130 alone.

edit 1: ok, $40-60 less from evolve since it's free this weekend.

Yeah this site goes a bit crazy when there are free weekends. Wait it out and try again
