Well, it IS a puzzle. Which means you can still solve it, albeit harder. I have people solving it even without understanding at first.

Must have been a long time ago. I was super inactive for the past 2 years here. Unless it was because of the VII SG karaoke xD but I swapped my username for that event... maybe was my profile pic then?
I started with easy metallica songs eg Fade to black, call of cthulu, unforgiven etc, then moved to more grunge rock music. Now I play mostly indie songs haha, because the simple rhythm lets me improvise a bit. But honestly, I play anything that sounds good xD

It's funny, I don't think I've tried playing any of those Metallica songs yet. I've been learning Enter Sandman, Cure, and Nothing Else Matters.
Recently I've been working on the solo to Enter Sandman, and it's been kicking my butt. I've finally got the 1st half of the solo up to 75% of actual speed, but that still leaves the second half of the solo and, you know, somehow getting from 75% speed to 100%. I saw people online saying that the solo is easy, and now I don't know if those people are just great guitarists, or were saying that to screw with people, or never actually tried playing the solo and assumed that you just plug a wah pedal in and the solo plays itself?
Maybe I should try some of the easier songs you mentioned next. :)

Hello SGers! It's November, and after being super inactive for the past 2 years(?), I've decided to make a small train on my birthday (which is on the 26th). Besides the train, there will be a special GA for my WL, since I rarely do those, and to give back to those who really mean a lot to me. Now, that doesn't mean I'm excluding the rest of the community, because you still have the train :)
At the moment, there are 3 categories of people in my WL:
So this year, I decide to recruit Users who have been on this site for quite some time, and have also been checking on discussions regularly. There will be a puzzle for you to prove this, and I think my target WL audience will know how to answer my puzzle easily.
