I would like to join but I won one of the Faerie Solitaire 25000 copies giveaway. Does that count?

I think the main problem is that the vast majority of people (or at least the ones I know) already have Portal so aren't eligible to enter your giveaway. I'm in the same boat - I'd like Portal 2, but already own Portal and I wouldn't want the copy from the bundle going to waste.
Edit: - D'oh. Illiteracy is I.

TL;DR SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS MEAN REROLLS AND MOCKING
Hi, SG. It's that time again. I've brought two copies of JC2 to give to people who've never won any games (with certain exceptions, keep reading). There are a few special limitations to this giveaway, however, and it's a private one. Please feel free to share this forum link with anyone you know on SteamGifts who wants JC2. Do not share the giveaway URL with anyone. Leaking the URL may result in a reroll, and possibly me not making these giveaways anymore.
Rule #1: You must follow SteamGifts' rules.
Pretty self-explanatory. If you've been abusing beta key giveaways for contributor value, you're out. If you gave away tons of individual bundle keys before this was allowed by the rules, you're out. If you abused Summer Seal, you can finish the rest of this sentence. It's pretty simple.
Rule #2: No wins. This giveaway is for people who haven't won anything.
I'm looking for a 0 in the giveaways won column, really simple. However, I'll make a few exceptions: Giveaways from developers for 100+ keys (six such as the recent 1,000-copy Starvoidq giveaway d) don't count against you, and fake giveaways where the gift is marked not received (because three it was S fake) will also not count against you.
Rule #3: Minimum 250 giveaways entered.
In addition to this being a giveaway for people who've never won, this is a giveaway for people that are trying to win. Really simple, here. The giveaway link is the usual format for giveaways, and the five-digit set for mine is in rule two's description, in the parentheses; look for the words and characters that don't belong.
As with my previous giveaway, for The Binding of Isaac, I'm not going to be answering anyone who asks questions that are answered in the forum post. They should read, and they're not getting my time. Please do not help anyone in the comments. The giveaway URL is secret and people should not be given help on finding it. This giveaway ends at midnight, Friday morning (in other words, in a day and a half), Pacific time.
