So I start steam aaand avast says he dont likes tier0_s.dll and stops steam from working. After some tries I delete steam and reinstall. Steam starts and updates and stops at 99% and I have a window saying tier0_s.dll is missing + the avast thing i said earlier. I dont know what to do. Can somebody help me?

Problem fixed. Thank you for everyone!

It flagged Steam twice here so this is what I did.

I wouldn't mind, but so far the only thing it's detected is Steam.

same happens today for me.

try this

1: Open Avast

2: Go into File System Shield

3: Open up the tab ''Expert Settings''

4: Open up ''Exceptions''

5: Browse your files and search for: C:\Program Files\Steam\bin* (Add the entire folder)
