Let me guess, you're on windows 7 aren't you? if that is the case i've been having the same problems with some of the new games this year. I have searched a lot and all i got was either to :
1>Switch to Windows 8 or 10
2>Install WIndows 7 Service Pack 1.

So in the end, I don't think there is any other way :c
