[ Help Me ] What's wrong for steamed cs...

When be steam update, my Counter-strike 1.6 don't work... I see only black screen and green line... What's i need to do?
I try delet and again install, but again dont work. [ Sorry for my Englis languages ]

right click game in your library, go to properties, click local files tab. then click defragment cache files.
