Actually the fastest way to level on SG would theorethically be to make 3 copies GA of http://store.steampowered.com/app/629796/EVE_Online_15400_PLEX/ (most expensive item on Steam which can be gifted, so excluding few more expensive bundles). 1 GA and you instantly jump lvl0 -> lvl7.5 ;p

it's about what would be the fastest, not what would be worth it ;) If we're discussing about what would be most worth it financially, then LostSoul's proposition of non-bundled games is noit worth it either, as best option is hunting for dollar bundles - things where you get over 150$ value (aka over 22,5$ CV) for 1$ for example - good example are all software bundles, where you could get over 200$ (or 30$ CV) for 1$, which is worth more than giving away any full value game bought on biggest sale above bundle trashhold ;p

I meant in general and practical because the fastest way I personally have seen people reach the X' level is by gifting multiple unbundled giveaways, especially AAA games.
