Questions about Giveaways

Everyone has the same chance of winning.

The only thing your level does is allow you to enter giveaways that have a minimum level requirement.

Your level, number of giveaways you created/won have no influence on your chance, it's always equal for all participants.
On the other hand, someone may create a giveaway that is available only for users of Level 5 or higher (for example) which means everyone who don't have this level yet would not be able to participate. And less participants means higher chances for everyone.
I mean, when there is 1'000 participants in a giveaway, everyone have a 1/1000 (0.1%) chance of winning. But if I limit availability of this giveaway for people with higher levels it means only 200 people would be able to enter which increases the chance by 5 times to 1/200 (0.5%).
But it's still equal for every participant.

You may also be interested in these stat pages. You can see how many users there are at each level here and you can see how many giveaways have ever been created for each level here. As you can see, there are less users at each higher level which means less entries per giveaway, but there are also less giveaways created, so you may not necessarily win more giveaways just because you are a higher level user.

I am level 7 and my last 5 wins had no level restriction. You will have much better odds of winning in invite only, group, and whitelist giveaways since these will have way less entries compared to public giveaways.
