A lot of people who are complaining about the time the support needs to response say that they have already created a shit-ton of tickets for the same issue but the support still doestn't answer, without even thinking about that stuff like this is slowing the support down even more -_-

There's like only 3-4 people who can handle that type of ticket, and they're pretty busy.

I contacted the support once for a not received feedback issue. They responded and solved the issue within 12 hours. For my part I can't say that it took a lot...

Things that only Support and above can do: (total of 11 people)
Access Delete Giveaway, Increase Giveaway Limit, Other, Request New Winner and Request Received Feedback tickets
Suspend for Advertising, Begging, Inappropriate Behavior, Multiple Wins, Non-activation, Ref links, Spam, Spoilers
Things that only Moderators and above can do: (total of 4 people)
Delete Giveaways
Close Threads
Access Add Game to List, Change Giveaway Game, Unsuspend Request and User Report tickets
All other suspension types
Things that only Super Mod and above can do: (total of 2 people)
Delete Comments
Deal with Steamtrades issues
Things that only the admin can do: (1 person)
Change user region
Anything not mentioned (like increasing giveaway limit more than 3, giving developer status, etc)
As you move down the list, tickets in those categories will take longer and longer.

I have no idea because I dont have access to those tickets, not even to view. Keep in mind that on SGv1 the User Report functionality was broken. When SGv2 was launched, over 30,000 tickets suddenly appeared in the moderator queues. Quite possibly they are busy trying to deal with those.

They have a very tiny team.
To make things worse the "report giveaway" button disappeared in SGv2 so the mods probably get like 20 tickets for each potentially fake giveaway.

5 days? I was permabanned for upwards of 3 months for something I didn't do. Do you think I've got something so luxiorous as a reply? No pal, some day it just occurred that I checked steamgifts and there it was, my account was back. No replies at all.

Mine wasn't getting taken care of, so I challenged cg's manhood. He personally addressed my ticket to prove me wrong. Then he threatened to stab me with a sword if I did it again. Dude is hardcore.
