One of the highest rated games of all time

Planscape Torment at Mobi games

Changed topic is changed. Makes my reply a little bit silly now. Anyway - moving on.

Call of Duty is better, the story is way more beautiful.

Off course. I struggled with the moral anguish and moral choices in CoD too.

Yes definitely. Choices like "Should i shoot this Russian in the face or the groin" will have a forever lasting place in my mind.

Don't forget the choices of should I make a shitty tomahawk montage or a shitty ballistic knife montage?

or

Should this montage have linkin park or skrillex?

Probably it will be the same as the Gamersgate version, i.e. Dungeons and Dragons Anthology.

If you really want these games, the whole series are on sale on GamersGate right now. £5.08 for the whole lot of Infinity engine games.

You can also get them all at gog.com

Does GG or GOG have NWN2 Platinum?

GG does, they even have Mysteries of Westgate which isn't available on Steam.

Nope. GG have the gold edition (without Storm of Zehir) for about £9.99. (but as GoJays2025 says, GG have the expansions)

gog do not have NWN 2 yet.

Nice. Must be some region restriction? Did not show up when I did a search, only gold edition and the expansions. Oh well.

These games are already on GOG. No DRM, no Steam needed, easily moddable. Better.

And people prefer to play on steam because it tracks your gametime and will possibly have steam achievements.

And cuz... like... it's Steam. How else are we going to give Gabe our money??

A lot of high-profile games don't have achievements anyway, in case you were wondering for the purpose of sweepstakes. Mirror's Edge is one example. Skyrim is another.

I don't know what Skyrim you're playing, but mine has achievements.

Ain't playing Skyrim myself, but I meant Oblivion, sorry about that. Steam Cloud support but no chieves.

Ah, that. Don't worry. Oblivion achievements are pretty boring. "Do main quest", "do Mage's Guild", rinse, repeat.

Let's not forget that people would rather have one place where they store all their video games as opposed to having a few.

I'd rather get them that way, too, because of no DRM. I don't have to deal with Steam not starting up right before I play my games.

For new/beta games that are still receiving updates, I like Steam because when it launches it starts updating all the games in my library that have them.

But for old games like these, I'd much rather have 'em from GOG or other DRM free sources. This bundle is a massive bargain which I would have bought except I've already purchased all the ones I don't still have my original CDs for.

Agreed, as long as we're able to add those community-made mods that access a lot of material programmed in but inaccessable in the normal version.

Bought the GG version for $5.76, Steam will probably ask more than $20 for it when it comes, and DRM-Free is always better anyway.
