If it has been two days, and you still have no answer from support, you can try closing current ticket and creating a new one. In the "Request New Winner" category, just like OFFsteam said. Or you can wait. After all, you got 7 days to deliver the gift.

what kind of ticket did you send? because there's a button in the winner's giveaway page to reroll.
just say that the winner already owns the game and link it to his comment. that's all the proof you need.

One of my DLC giveaways ended about 3 days ago and right away the winner posted in the GA saying that he didn't realize that he already had the DLC and requested me to re-roll. I've created a support ticket mentioning all the details (didn't include any screenshots tho) and requested for a re-roll. It's been over 2 days and I dont have any reply yet. How long does it usually take for support to reply to a ticket? and did I miss anything?
Also, sorry. NO GAs included here. But... on the upside, I reached lvl3 yesterday and will be creating my first train soon to celebrate that :D
