Is it forbidden to make giveaways for Super MNC Invitational ?

I got my invitational key and received 4 extra copies.So I was wondering can you give them away on Steam Gifts ?

probably just do a giveaway on the forums, dont think theres an option for it O_O

You can give them away on the forums, you can't make actual giveaways for them though.

You can give it away here on forums, it's deleted from giveaway list due to high frequency of these giveaways (well, it's free...)
