Yes, Admins create the rules. They own and run the site. You can always go elsewhere if you aren't happy with how this site is run.

If you had some thread closed about Just Cause and the bundle list, it was probably because there are 4-5 other threads open about it

There only appears to be two problems:
A) The word "bundled" causes semantics nitpickers to ruffle their chest hair.
B) The FAQ isn't complete to the slightest detail.

Other than that, there is no problem.

Yeah, it's a private website, so it's run by the owner how he sees fit. Yes, that's how things work here, just like every other place in the world. We're aware you want to cry about not being able to get 25 times what you paid added to your value, just like the other umpteen threads I closed about it, we just don't care. Exploits get closed. That's not news. You can go cry into your pillow about it or whine to your friends, but these threads are spam and will be closed because they're nothing but flamebait.
