Help me please!

I trying to trade but I can´t add things to the trade, I put in but not appears, always works good but today not, please anyone can help me?

It happens sometimes. Waiting a few minutes will probably fix the problem. You can always reboot your computer to be sure, but I doubt the problem is on your side.
If you have an error message when sending the trade offer, you can try to log out then log in again, it can help. Also, an error 16 usually means that the trade offer has been sent :)
