Sorry, you should read FAQ, on April Fools fake GAs are allowed and not suspendable - all you have to do is to buy 1$ worth Folls Protection (you can find it in your SG Premium Membership page if you're a subscriber). You will also not be able to mark as Not Received if this user bought this protection, and as he's got full Premium Plan I don't think he didn't. Sucks to be you :(

Can we please stop allowing these fake giveaways?!?!? I won the witcher 3 earlier which is at the top of my wishlist, but the giveaway was just a fake for april fools day! The only penalty for having a giveaway be "Not Received" is that you only lose one giveaway slot. The giveaway creator is an older, very respected member of this community no less! I know I'll get a small suspension but I'm so mad I don't care and you all need to know about this. Everyone go blacklist this guy
