Has anyone having trouble getting their rewards for completing offers/tasks?
I had to send 3 support tickets recently, still waiting for replies...
- Star Trek Online (desktop) : register and login into ARC client (180 diamonds)

Yes. I've had trouble like that, not all the same games and tasks, but similar. I've usually resolved it with the offer vendor but it takes like a week of emails back and forth sometimes with screenshots of your unique game client id and score/level.

Yeah, I sent a ticket maybe 1 or 2 months ago. I got the diamonds but as you've said, it takes quite a bit of time.
Now, I just hope support will still be able to fix the issue... because that's worth a few SS packs right there. ;)

So, here I go and spend 100 diamonds on "SupSteam" (I refuse to use that Nazi abbreviation, hehe) and got this card saying:
"With this LootCard you get the Steam Code for the game Soulless: Ray Of Hope."
And further down on the card: "Create an account or log in with your already existing itch.io account."
Those freaking liars! Of course, when clicking the link it takes me to itch.io.
That being said, if someone wants it ...just let me know by replying here.

In OP:
- The names of the lootpacks only describe the exclusive loot for that pack! In most cases you just get something from the general pool for all packs, wich contains Origin/Uplay/GOG/Steam/whatever games. So even if you get the "Supreme Steam" pack, you may not get a steam game!

Sometimes itch will give you a steam key
But if you haven't claimed the itch key yet, maybe you can write to lootboy support and tell them the key was not correct according to the description of the card. They are usually good about replacing/refunding things like that.

Apparently it works, i did not confirm the final step of the activation because i want to see if there's a way to convert it into a Steam key, but GOG recognizes the key (says it's for this game and that it wont' expire)

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.I hope this helps :)
