I presume it has several steps because the first "quest" is "Get Started! (15 diamonds)" which is uploading a screenshot of the registration page with your email. So the other 35 diamonds is probably from playing or is a lie.

Lootboy wants me to register then send registration email.
Problem is Rift is part of Glymph games and it looks like I already have an account so I can't register but play it directly.

I think they want to force users to login each day for packs (i.e. in EVE-Online you need to login each day to get loot/skill points).

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
