I would definitely wait on one of those events with guaranteed credits then. For Steam credit that's either Supreme Steam, Paysave card or credit of choice events. It also depends on where you're from, whether or not there's any of those events for you.

Fat chance to get any deal like that since we don't have Amazon, paypal, paysafe etc. in my country. Even if I do get any of those cards, it would absolutely be useless for me. Credit of choice would be good, but a random draw won't be good for me.
What about the pack that gives black market chips...? Is it guaranteed to give steam credit?

Yeah, you can get Steam credits with black market chips (check out the black market page to see if it's available for your country, just to be save). The problem with black market chips is, that you can't buy them directly, you just get a black market pack for every 10 packs you buy at once. So you might have to buy a lot of packs before you finally got those 75 chips.

Unless you are in CIS region I would rather go with guaranted Steam wallet code even if you will pay more for 6 loottiockets in return which may or may not return games you don't have. Like old people in Balkan say: "Better sparrow in hand then pigeon sitting on branch".

You pay 6 bucks for season pass and you get 20 dias bonus plus 6 loot tickets. However, as season pass holder you then can buy up to 3 Big Shot lootpacks (850 dias per pack) which equals 3x75 cheat chips if you have enough diamonds. You can't buy dias with tickets since GOAT pack is no more.

Also, the limit of 3 packs resets at the end of the month. So with one month subscription you can get 3 packs this month & 3 packs next month before your subscription ends. So 6x$5 in total for 5100 diamonds. That's what I did recently. I've grown tired of waiting for guaranteed steam wallet promotion for my region.

Hi yes if you buy a season ticket which cost $4.99 + tax which should be around $5.39.. you can cancel after you buy it since the membership will last for a month, but meanwhile if you do have any coins for instance 100K Coins you can buy Darktide (for verification use which you need to be 18+), or you can buy V Rising for 100K coins (Not sure if they still got keys), or 10K coins for Loot Hero DX....
If you only care about gift cards from black market it cost 850 diamonds to get a full set of 75 cheat chips to be able to get a gift card of $5 but meanwhile you can only buy x2 gift card each month not sure if they updated to more. but if that's the case i would prefer to wait end of the month to buy season ticket, so you can get either x3-x4 gift cards atleast.

Not really, unless you have quite a lot of spare cheat chips which you want to round up to either 50 or 75. From zero it probably takes 1200-1500 diamonds to get enough points for a 5 USD Steam wallet code.
