If I interpret the display correctly, it seems that all of the 5 diamond prizes are already gone, as well as close to 25% of 400 diamond prizes and 10% of hoodies.

I bought it for the second time. Yesterday I got a lootcard, which I spent and got 5 dia, and today I've got Gorky, and I am keeping it. I was playing it 20 years ago, this was my first ever tactic game and I have good memories.

They won't give you anything else i think. Only if you get a bad key (already used).

Gambling doesn't work like that. If the KEY is not a duplicate, everything is ok.

Never tried it myself, but read here that if you have not revealed the second key for Blackguards and still have the first one you won in your inventory as proof, you can try to ask support to give you a different pack - since you did not reveal the key, they can reuse it for somebody else. But no guarantee it actually works, just word of mouth from some people here. Examples:
