Solution to the puzzle:
1) Go to the Connect-the-dot and Coloring Challenge thread.
2) Go to the source of the page and find the sentence "Golden Pavilion is one of the key historic sites in Japan that attracts a lot of tourists every year."
3) By the word "key" find the Imgur link to The Golden Key.
4) Convert the key to a 7x8 grid like this.
5) Convert each row to ASCII character to get the ITH code hKxlw5z7.

The Golden Pavilion is one of the famous landmarks featured in this week's Connect-the-dot and Coloring Challenge event. It also hides a treasure inside, that will grant you ability to Learn Japanese. Unfortunatelly it's too hard to get inside, since the entrance is locked. You need a key, that is hidden.
