Is GMG still granting XP from purchases?

I'm Bronze tier at GMG and already bought a lot, including these last days, but I noticed that I didn't receive any XP for these purchases. I should be Gold rn but I'm still stuck on Bronze tier, remaining 250 XP to Silver tier.

This is a bug or what? I'd like to contact them but I saw their support is almost zero.

Weird. Your purchases had that "XP Offer" label on them? Idk if these gives XP (even it saying they do)

Yeah, "you can earn up to ...".
Just ask support, besides ignoring you nothing bad can happen.

had the issue with not gaining XP a few months ago too, asked the support and they fixed it.

No clue anymore how long it took (i think around a week) and they just pushed me to the gold level.

I pre-ordered Starfield from them but never got my XP, even after waiting for a while after release, so I had to contact support about it. Got it after that.

Respond from mod in GMG discord "Thanks for letting us know . Send them this way if you get a chance. I’ll go onto the forum there asap. Pre orders don’t get xp until release everything else should be"

I've made more than 40 purchases since I turned bronze, but my XP hasn't gone up either. I'm opening a support ticket after seeing that some people had the same problem and resolved it.
