I'm kinda trying to dodge electronic music but I will give them a chance. Thanks!

Basically the entire soundtrack of Bastion and Transistor (minus a few songs). Here's my favorite instrumental from Transistor. The quality is really shit on this video, though. But you can get the idea.

I don't remember this one being in the game lol. Maybe they could play this in the ending, when you thought you could have any impact on what happens.
Comment has been collapsed.
For real, I've saved Transistor OST playlist to check all of them out later. Thanks!

Just keep in mind a few of the songs from Transistor have vocals (this is why I said "minus a few ones"). They're totally awesome, but obviously not what you're looking for.
Comment has been collapsed.
I'm okay with some vocals if they are telling a story or something like that. That affects my imagination.

In that case, make sure you listen to "In Circles". It's my favorite track from Transistor. Sooo good!

Mono - A Speeding Car has some loud sounds and I don't really love them.
Hammock - Cold Front gave me a small adventure in my imaginary world!
God Is An Astronaut - Frozen Twilight I heard of God Is An Astronaut before but totally forgot while making this playlist! Thanks for reminding.
Nosaj Thing - Night Crawler is too sleepy for me.

I recommend the OST from GATTACA, Perfect Sense and Sunshine. They're cult classics that aren't too popular. Great movies and awesome soundtracks.

I couldn't find the solo version of Little Wing on spotfiy. Moby Dick was one of the first songs I've added to my playlist. Thank you!
Comment has been collapsed.
I'm sure Xhrom already knows this (since they didn't credit who the artist was), but the link provided for Little Wing is... kinda wrong.
Little Wing is by Jimi Hendrix, and has lyrics, but the audio in that video is Stevie Ray Vaughan's (lyric-less) cover of Little Wing.
Just thought I'd mention that in case it was useful to somebody tracking down the song through other means.
I was actually going to provide a link to SRV's Little Wing, myself, but... hooray for actually reading posts.

I actually loved the piano guys. I will most likely hear more songs from them. And why would I want you to stop? You are great. Thank you!

Eric Johnson - Cliffs of Dover
Béla Fleck & the Flecktones - Big Country (live)
These two were the first ones that came to my mind. I probably know more.
I love long songs that have several, long instrumental phases. Some examples could be: I heard it through the grapevine, Free bird, Green grass and high tides, Telegraph road, November rain, many songs of Dave Matthews Band, and many others. However, I don't think these fit your criteria.

Cliffs of Dover is not a song, it is a lifestyle ;_; <3

These are giving variety of instruments to my playlist. Thank you!
Comment has been collapsed.
Yay! It's actually pretty hard to find a fully instrumental song that is not a cover, a remix, orchestral music, classical music, electronic music, game/movie soundtrack (some of them are very good)
They way I unterstand it, "song without lyrics" is something originally created without lyrics by groups who usually sing songs, but it's very unlikely that people who can sing don't sing. Cliffs of Dover is a perfect example because it just sounds like a singable song.
What do you mean instead?

For shredding/metallic, I like this one by my favorite YouTuber :^)
Stevie T - Shadowed by Darkness
Some dancie/hip hop
Akshin - Southern Man
The Last of Us Theme on Classical Guitar
AcousticTrench
If you like jazz
Moanin' - Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers

I don't really have so many electroic music in that playlist. It's still great. Rest of the songs are great. Thanks for sharing!

I can recommend:
Haunted Shores (example: Harrison Fjord)
Plini (example: the end of everything)
Buckethead (this guy has almost 300 studio albums, so It's a bit hard to recommend something specific haha, just google it and you will find tons of things)
Comment has been collapsed.
Lol. Caught myself thinking that Haunted Shores sounds an awful lot like Periphery. Turns out it's a Misha Mansoor and Mark Holcomb collab.

He was already putting out albums at an insane rate (like 4 a year), but after his parents died he really churned them out and he's up to like 294 albums now. The truly amazing part is how many of them still sound good and unique.
Check out one of my favorites of his, Earth Heals Herself.

I was worried about his unqieness when you say 300 albums. I will see. Thank you!

Some that i have here... enjoy ;P
Buckethead- Soothsayer But everything from him is amazing!
Jason Becker- Altitudes
Joe Stump- The Ultraviolence
Batio- Burn
Chapelier Fou- Darling, darling
John 5- Noche Acosador
Yoshida Brothers- Storm
