I mean, I personally don't really see that. All he said was "You BL me first", which kinda just says what the reason was.
Saying "I wasn't talking to you" in a thread about that person, in a conversation about that person is a bit weird. Like going to Jimmy's party and saying "Yeah, Jimmy just ignores my texts" and when Jimmy says "I had nothing to respond to" you just say "Jimmy, I'm not talking to you", when the topic's about him to begin with at his own get together.
Whatever, I doubt you had a malicious goal, just like I doubt MeeMesmo had a malicious goal. I also sometimes wonder why people blacklist me, but I think we should all strive to give less of a shit since those who blacklist us tend to not even think about it a few minutes later, just like what you eluded to. No need to give people such power over us :D

Of course, if you truly do regret talking, then fine. But don't worry about what others think of you. Most people understand that we won't agree on everything, but that it shouldn't be the determining factor of if a person's smart or not.

If he's really your friend, you should continue talking to him and showing him why you think that kind of mentality is wrong.
Sadly that kind of thing doesn't go away easily (talking from experience) the only way he can change his mind is to not isolate himself in a group that thinks like himself like an echo chamber, see the world for himself instead of posts on the internet, and not have any prejudice against someone (unless there's a specific reason for a specific individual). So a long journey, that he will need to do alone.
If you don't try your best during his "dark times", then you aren't really his friend, or you don't consider him enough of a friend to waste your time.

Sure, equal. If I posted a screenshot that definitely proves I have an autojoiner script installed (regardless of actually using the autojoin function in said script) I would end up on equally many blacklists. Sounds pretty fair to me.
Also if you're arguing you didn't use the autojoin function in that script why not use one of the dozens other addons or userscript that do the same thing but rather chose to go for one the main purpose of which is forbidden on this site?
