I can understand people not using. I personally top it up with how ever much I want to spend at the start of a Sale season and then only buy with wallet. If I end up wanting to spend more, I limit myself to 1 game or 2 DLC...

Yeah it's kind of like having a gift card. Why would I want to restrict where I can spend the money? I know there are certain situations where it could be useful like a parent who wants to limit how much their kid can spend on Steam or something, but it seems like a pretty niche concept.

I got a gift card for Gamestop. I already had GTA V preordered and there's not much else to buy from that place but console games/accessories... so I put it towards Steam Wallet money.
I haven't used it all yet, since Steam's deals this holiday paled in comparison to other sites... but I did get a game or two and some DLC so far. Putting that initial Gamestop giftcard to good use.

How much money do you have in Steam Wallet right now? I have 9,39€. I am waiting for Fallout 3 discount.
