I'm sorry, am I missing something painfully obvious?

I, for one, am from Hungary, and it seems like most games from this region can't be played. Skyrim was like that from day one for me, and usually when there's a winter/summer sale, you'll get one out of the advertised games every day that says "Sorry! This item is not available from your region."
From what I gathered, I actually had to buy the boxed copy to activate the Steam key, and that was the only way for me to get it. There's also a bunch of F2P crap that can't be played from here too, but save for one, I don't really care about those.

Anyone noticed that Skyrim is now available in Europe? I kinda missed any kind of announcement as to when this happened, but apparently now I can see the store page for it... It was still region-locked around Christmas though. Kinda makes me glad, now I just need some money and a better PC for it.
