Can't connect steam account to HRK

I had my steam account connected to HRK for a while, until one day I tried to recieve a free game and it wanted me to connect with my steam account, I was confused because I had already done this, but I proceeded to connect my steam account, I go back onto the giveaway and it says I need to connect my steam account... If anyone has a solution, please tell.
