Ok, so here is question for you. I have DELL Precision Workstation 390, in which I changed graphics card and plan to change hdd and processor. Will this make my pc custom or not? When (and what) makes pc custom?

custom built look way more awesome to tell to your friend, and if you draw/paint ice on the side panel the comp will be cooler too
