ok so i know how to do that but the command gave me a fail cause i have them or some of them are not available for my region

You can use the IDs one by one, the command is "addlicense <Bots> <Licenses>" .
You can get the ID from SteamDB, for example for "Sword of Islam" you would go here, go to the "packages" tab (in the white area on the left) and then look for "Free on Demand" in the Billing Type column. There might be more than one and you will have to try them (the name can also help). In this case they made it easy: Under "Packages that include this app" the first entry is "Crusader Kings II: Sword of Islam Limited Free Promotional Package - Nov 2019", you can see the ID on the left: 412427.
One of the IDs is for a pack of several DLC, if this one is giving you trouble you can find the individual IDs here.

Huh, that's weird I expected Steam throwing you an error. I can access the page without problems no idea what's up with that, sorry. You could try accessing the pages for the individual contents but I guess at this point it would be easier to just redeem it manually. xD Anyway, for the sake of it:
