pretty sure that hall half-life 2 episode one purchases come with all of that.

deathmatch: source is just bundled with half-life 1 source (and sort of with hl2 ep1)

true, but considering they are not given for free directly from the steam store you can assume that is just a "promotion" not just a direct reflection of the MSRP.
