2. Not a whole... Because it's half... With the crowbar I think it was easy.
3. Westeros. Seven Kingdoms. (Yeah, I know there are/will be seven books. That also worked.)
4. Alpha. Alphabet.
5. Search Google for binary code.

It wasn't really that hard, was it? :D
