Since it ended would love the solution.
Found the lock, understood that it was a location, saw the numbers on the ceilings if they even were relevant, couldn't figure out how to decode the runes

The coordinates point to St. Stephen's Cathedral, Vienna. Underneath lies a famous Rudolf. There is also a cenotaph for him and the decipherment of the accompanying epitaph seems helpful. In German it even has its own article. Some people might also have known and recognized the Alphabetum Kaldeorum directly.

You could also
Assign each symbol a letter then bruteforce the solution by putting it in a substitution cipher solver so you never have to find the language (that's what i did).

Which substitution cipher solver did you use? I tried to do that but I couldn't find any tool that I could use to put those symbols and do bruteforce.
