My cake appeared 6 hours earlier than I expected, I had to scramble to open shop.

Depends on your timezone.
Server time is at UTC-4 so if 2:19am in your timezone is before midnight at UTC-4, then your cake day is on October 22.
Anyway, happy cake day ^^
