Anyway to find out who blacklisted me and/or why? and how do i remove a person on my BL?

You can remove them here: https://www.steamgifts.com/account/manage/blacklist
But yeah, no way of knowing who blacklisted you.

You remove people by clicking on that blacklist button again on their profile, or from your account page which you can reach by clicking on that big Account button on the top right that shows your level and points as well. Your blacklist link will be on the left there.
