Well all the keys and TOD tickets are slowly becoming locked

Today is when people who don't know about whats been going on and are going to flip. The one and only all mighty Gaben has decided to lock TF2, TOD, and I believe CSGO keys.

This is what you see above the Tf2 keys in the market page if they already haven't locked them for you.

"Note: Starting in the next few days, items purchased for Team Fortress 2 either in-game or on the Steam Community Market will not be tradable or marketable for one week after purchase. We are making this change to combat fraud and scams, and to help maintain a safe and healthy item economy within Team Fortress 2."

This gladly isn't going to affect me because i actually saved up money for the sale :) But to all the die hard traders out there out for profit, your friend Gaben just made the holidays of traders a bit more slim for you.
