You can't get over $30, unless you give away a game that is not on the bundle/exploit list.

Individual bundle games will still be capped. You can, however, get non-bundle credit by gifting the full bundles.
Many of the bundles don't get added to the giveaway list automatically, but you can, afaik, request it be added by making a support ticket. However, before you do that, you should know that support for the site is generally rather overwhelmed, as there are a LOT of us users, and only a handful of support staff. Plus I imagine right now, with the testing of the v2.0 SG site, they may be even MORE busy than normal. So it may take a while to hear back about it and get it sorted.

I am unaware whether giving away a full bundle will count as bundled or not, but at present it is seldom added to the list as an option.
From my experience, it is only created when there's a compound key for multiple games in the bundle (that is, the full tiers) or when the bundle site requests it to be added in order to create giveaways of their own.
Besides looking at the bundle/exploit list, there's an asterisk (*) next to each game that counts as bundled in the "Select a Gift" list.
Do keep in mind that recently bundled games will not immediately have an asterisk, but they will count as bundled from the day of their inclusion in the bundle.

Your only way is to ask support to add it to giveaway list and then give gift-link to gala or every game in it to winner.
