The things I like the longest after purchasing are my guitar and my skis. Though while my guitar is still going strong, my skis need to be replaced - being almost 20 years old, they don't owe me anything, but it's well past time for them to retire.
But in terms of video games, the game I like the longest after buying it is Slay the Spire. It's just so much fun, I'm always happy to play it, and I never get tired of it. Where normally I'll play through a game once and move on - even FTL only last a few playthroughs - I can't stop playing Slay the Spire.
So I recommend buying your sister Slay the Spire, and hopefully she will have many happy months spend climbing the spire as a result, and you will be hailed as the best brother ever! :)
