What do you...
I'm not quite sure I understand, but I did just wake up. I will return later!

Nevermind, I get it now. Wouldn't that just lead to the ninja-bot just random spamming on all threads to check for this?

Spamming ninja is a visible ninja. Visible ninja is a failed ninja.

ninja comments, takes keys, removes comments. In result - we have a thread full of deleted comments.

Are people really not getting this?
The suggestion is a new way to try to stop ninjas just clicking on a thread and taking a key froma key drop because some people don't like ninjas. OP is proposing a system whereby the person who wants the key will have to comment on the thread and then the key will be revealed. No comment, no key.
I've come across this kind of thing before, but it was with streams for live sports. You had to comment to get the link and they did that to try and keep the copyrighters out who were attempting to shut down the streams.

Yeah... how does it work though? How can I see something I couldn't before just by commenting? :/

It's magic!
It's possible to do, I don't know how as I know nothing about web site design or forum software. I've seen it before though, will see if I can find an example in the next few minutes. If I don't post anything else then assume I didnn't find one.

:/
I mean... I'm not saying it can't be done, if the site allows for it, but I don't think/ remember SG having anything of the like.
EDIT: Ok, I'm in the suggestions section, well that makes more sense now XD

What OP means is that it prevents unthankful ninjas. Ones that grab a key and never even leave a comment. This way user must comment to see selected text, thus if doesn't even thank other users may see it and take actions accordingly - blacklist, not invite to their groups etc.
It's a nice idea, but it would lead to unnecessary spam. I think a better idea would be "click a button to see" nad users who clicked would get registered and visible with timestamps on separate list.

So, this one is for counter the ninjas. Basically, there could be a part, which OP will select it with some symbols or something, and to see that part, you need to comment on that thread. With this way, if there is an donkeyhole ninja who steals all the keys, we can see by checking their profile. Here is an example:
Title: I got some bundle leftovers!
Description:
And the outcome would be like:
